DanceSport combines sport and movements that enables the participants to improve physical fitness and mental well-being, form social relationships and to have the opportunity to perform in a wide variety of dance styles and/or participate in a competition of different levels or complexity. Whether DanceSport is practised to keep active and fit, to train regularly for a competition or simply to have fun, everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy dance.
