Training includes proper warm-up, basic strokes execution, footwork, badminton rules and strategy play, which helps to develop athletes hand-eye coordination, muscular strength and a positive attitude for life time fitness. Athletes also improve on their social skills through interaction with the volunteers from all walks of life.
